One documented 100 × 35 mm grille profile has space for a 25 × 25 mm steel insert. Reinforcement is selected by the actual screen design, not added to every project.
WPC Grille Packing, Production Time & Shipping
Long grille profiles can bend if they are stored or loaded badly. We keep packed profiles supported along their length and plan the container around profile length, carton size and unloading method.
Production Follow-Up
For a regular profile and finish, normal planning is about 15–20 working days for a 20ft container and 20–25 working days for a 40ft container. Custom profiles or colors may take longer.
Payment & Documents
A common order structure is 40% T/T deposit before production, with the balance paid before shipment. Please confirm consignee details, invoice, packing list and bill of lading instructions before loading.

Receiving, Storage & WPC Grille After-Sales
When the container arrives, check the container, cartons, labels and several profiles before installation. If there is visible transport damage, take photos or video before or during unloading and keep the damaged material aside.
Store long profiles flat, dry and fully supported. We normally suggest about 3–5% extra material for cutting, site damage and later local replacement. For coastal projects, corrosion-resistant metal parts such as SS316 fasteners can be considered according to the site exposure.
If a quality problem is reported, send the order number, profile code, photos, installation details and storage conditions. This helps us separate a production problem from transport damage, poor storage, impact or incorrect installation.
