Our packing service:

1. General packing:

Our general packaging is 2 layers, one is soft plastic film inside, and the other is a strong and thick cardboard box outside.

2. Customized packaging

If you need more protective packing requests, please confirm in advance.

3. Warehouse storage:

All packaged products will be neatly stored in the shipping area.

 

Our Shipping Service

  Production time:

Our production time is normally 15-20 days for a 20"ft or 40"ft container.

  Booking shipment:

During packaging, the shipping will be arranged. And we could help you arrange the transportation by sea freight.

  Customs clearance:

In some countries, we could help you arrange the customs clearance and help you pay the customs clearance cost, customs duty, and VAT.

 

Notes:

Less of a container load will take more time for shipment.

 

 

 

Installation Process Notes

  Base treatment:
Clean the wall surface flatness (error ≤3mm/2m), apply special adhesive to enhance adhesion.
  Keel fixation:
Install metal keels according to the design drawings, with a spacing between 350-450mm, and add L-shaped reinforcement ribs at the corners.
  Wall panel splicing:
Install one by one, fix with screws or snap-on connectors.
  Finishing debugging:
After installation, check the verticality (deviation ≤2mm).
