We do not choose the tube size by itself. We also check the space between each tube, the wall height and how far people will see the facade from.

Smaller gaps make the screen look more solid. Wider gaps make it feel lighter and let more air and light pass through.

Our project tip: draw the tube size and gap together before production. A good tube size with the wrong spacing can still give the wall the wrong look.

Fix the Tubes to a Strong Support Frame

 

We first check the wall or supporting frame, then set the tube direction and spacing. The support must be straight and strong so the finished louver lines stay even.
