We make WPC wall covering for poolside buildings, museums and outdoor pavilions. The current product has water absorption of no more than 1% and can use wood-grain, brushed or sanded surfaces.

We Check Three Things for Wet Exterior Walls

Water Path

Rain and splash water need a clear way to leave the wall. We do not close the back of the panels without drainage.

Support Frame

The frame must be straight and suitable for outdoor use. Hidden clips or screws can be used depending on the selected profile.

Real Site

A poolside wall, museum facade and open pavilion do not have the same water, sun and wind conditions. We check them separately.

We Check the Panels While They Are Being Made

During extrusion, we check profile size, straightness, cooling, color and surface. We take samples while production is running instead of waiting until all panels are finished.

Before packing, we check visible damage, quantity and package labels. Long panels are kept supported during storage and container loading.

How to do: approve one real panel before mass production and keep it until the order is finished. This gives the buyer and our QC team the same sample.

The current product lead time is about 15–25 days after the order details are confirmed.

Check the Wall Before Large-Area Installation

We suggest installing one small area first. Check the frame, panel line, joints, corners and drainage before the site team continues with a large wall.

Our WPC exterior cladding installation guide gives the site team the main fixing steps.

After delivery, keep long panels flat and fully supported. Keep package labels until installation is finished. If there is a possible quality problem, send us photos, labels and quantity so we can trace the batch.
