Vocana's fire-resistant and lightweight WPC cladding for shopping mall atriums is a new type of decorative wall material specially designed for high-ceiling public areas such as atriums in large shopping malls and shopping centers. With flame-retardant WPC composite materials integrated with lightweight structural design and high-grade fireproof technology, our fireproof WPC cladding not only possesses the delicate texture and warm feel of natural wood but also innovatively solves the pain points of traditional decorative materials (such as ordinary wood and fabric wall panels) like insufficient fire resistance, excessive weight, and complex installation.

Given the characteristics of shopping malls with dense crowds and high fire risks, our WPC wall panels meet strict safety standards through multiple fireproof designs to safeguard consumer safety in public spaces:

 

  Flame-retardant base material formula:

Adopting a high-performance WPC composite base material formula, our fireproof WPC cladding has passed the Class B1 (flame-retardant) certification in GB 8624-2012 "Classification of Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products". When exposed to fire, a carbonized layer is formed on the surface, which effectively inhibits the spread of flames. Moreover, it releases no toxic smoke (smoke density rating ≤ 50), buying crucial time for personnel evacuation.

 

  Fireproof coating protection:

The surface is coated with a 0.2 mm-thick ASA fireproof coating, with a fire resistance rating of 1.5 hours. Our WPC wall panels can withstand short-term burning at a high temperature of 800℃, preventing open flames from directly igniting the base material, thus meeting the fire protection specifications for key areas such as shopping mall atriums.

 

  Fireproof treatment for joints:

Equipped with special fireproof sealant, the joints of the wall panels form a closed fireproof belt, preventing flames and smoke from spreading through the gaps. It works in synergy with the overall fire protection system to build an all-around safety barrier.

 

 

Besides the high-performance WPC composite material bases of our fireproof WPC wall panels, we will add a 0.2 mm-thick extruded fireproof film.

  Excellent weather resistance:

It has outstanding UV resistance and is not easy to fade or age when exposed to sunlight for a long time. It is especially suitable for outdoor spaces or shopping mall atriums with sufficient lighting, with a service life of more than 10 years.

 

  Strong impact resistance:

The coating has high toughness, is not easy to crack or fall off when impacted by external forces, can better protect the WPC substrate, and reduce daily maintenance costs.

 

  Good color stability:

The pigment is evenly dispersed, with high and long-lasting color saturation, which can maintain the beauty of the wall panel's appearance and reduce the need for renovation due to fading.

 

  Better environmental performance:

There are fewer harmful substance emissions during production, which meet the environmental standards of the European Union and other regions, and are suitable for commercial projects with strict environmental requirements.
