The durable and impact-resistant WPC panels for subway platforms are specialized wall and column decoration materials designed for rail transit platforms such as subways and light rails. Made from high-strength composite WPC materials, integrated with impact-resistant structural design and weather-resistant technology, our durable WPC cladding can cope with high-frequency impact scenarios such as dense passenger flow, luggage collisions, and equipment operation and maintenance. Targeting the characteristics of subway platforms such as dense passenger flow, frequent luggage collisions, and frequent equipment operation and maintenance, the key structural performance is enhanced:

1. High-strength impact-resistant base material:
Adopting a composite structure of "high-molecular polyethylene + wood fiber reinforcement layer", our WPC wall panels have an impact strength of 20kJ/m² and can withstand the instantaneous impact of a 100kg heavy object (equivalent to a violent collision of luggage or accidental dropping of maintenance tools). Tests show that there is no cracking or deformation after 500 consecutive simulated impacts, far exceeding the durability of traditional ceramic tiles (impact strength ≤5kJ/m²).

2. Wear-resistant and scratch-proof surface:
The surface is coated with a 0.4 mm-thick special wear-resistant layer. Our durable WPC cladding passes the GB/T 1768-2006 wear resistance test, with a wear loss of ≤1.5mg under a 1000g load. It can resist long-term friction from high-heeled shoes and luggage wheels, as well as repeated scraping from cleaning tools. Even after long-term use, the surface is not prone to scratches or wear marks.

3. Shatter-proof safety design:
Unlike brittle materials such as ceramic tiles and glass, our cladding panels have good toughness. Even in extreme impacts, they will not produce splashing fragments, and only local depressions may occur. This fundamentally avoids accidental injuries to passengers caused by fragments, meeting the safety protection standards of rail transit.

1. Corrosion and chemical resistance:
Our anti-corrosion WPC cladding can withstand erosion from common oil stains, cleaning agents (such as acidic detergents and disinfectants), and humidity in the subway environment.

Tests show that it remains free from mildew and rust after 8 consecutive years of use in a 95% humidity environment, solving the problems of traditional metal panels being prone to rust and stone joints being susceptible to stain penetration.

2. Temperature change resistance and anti-aging:
Our high-performance WPC cladding has passed the high and low temperature cycle test from -30℃ to 70℃ (simulating the temperature difference between the northern winter and the air conditioning exhaust of carriages in summer) without cracking or warping.

After 6000 hours of ultraviolet aging test, there is no obvious fading. It can adapt to temperature fluctuations in subway tunnels and platforms, maintaining long-term appearance stability.

3. Compliance with fire and flame retardancy standards:
Our fireproof WPC cladding has obtained the B1 class certification according to GB 8624-2012 Classification for Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products. When exposed to fire, a carbonized layer is quickly formed on the surface to prevent the spread of flames, meeting the fire safety requirements of rail transit.
