Long partition tubes need full support during storage and packing. We avoid poor stacking that can cause bending or surface damage before shipment.
WPC Partition Order, Delivery & Project Follow-Up
Before production, please confirm the partition height, tube spacing, color, quantity and fixing method. A common payment term is 40% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.
Our normal lead time for regular products is about 15–20 working days for a 20ft container and 20–25 working days for a 40ft container. Before loading, we confirm packing, consignee information and shipping documents with the buyer.
WPC Partition Receiving, Storage & Site Support
When the goods arrive, check the cartons, labels and several profiles first. If the packing is damaged, take clear photos before unloading.
Keep the tubes flat, dry and fully supported on site. We normally suggest keeping about 3–5% extra material for cutting, site damage and future replacement.
