01 · MATERIAL

Start With the Right Mix

We check the resin, wood fiber and additives before production. A poor mix can later show as bad color, weak shape or an uneven surface.

02 · SAMPLE

Approve the Real Finish

We prefer to confirm the real profile, wood color and surface sample before bulk production. This is safer than choosing only from a screen image.

03 · QC

Check the Production Batch

For our documented 140 × 25 mm hollow ceiling profile, we check size, weight, straightness, surface condition and packing before shipment.

WPC Ceiling Production, Packing & Delivery

Once the ceiling profile, color, quantity and fixing method are confirmed, we can arrange the order. It is better to lock lighting positions, air vents and access openings before production, because these details affect the ceiling layout.

Production & Payment

Our normal planning is about 15–20 working days for a 20ft container and 20–25 working days for a 40ft container. A common payment term is 40% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.

Packing & Loading

We keep long ceiling profiles fully supported during storage and packing. Carton length, profile length and unloading method are considered before the container plan is fixed.

WPC Ceiling Installation, Storage & After-Sales Support

When the goods arrive, check the cartons, labels and several profiles before installation. If the outer packing is damaged during transport, take clear photos before unloading.

Store the ceiling profiles flat, dry and fully supported. We normally suggest keeping about 3–5% extra material for cutting, site damage and later local replacement.
