1. Raw material preparation:

Our workers mix wood flour (or bamboo flour and other plant fibers) with plastic particles (such as PVC, PE, etc.) in proportion, and add additives like coupling agents, lubricants, and stabilizers at the same time.

 

2. Mixing and stirring:

Our workshop uses a high-speed mixer to fully stir the raw materials and additives, ensuring all components are evenly dispersed to lay the foundation for the stability of subsequent processing.

 

3. Melting and blending:

Our workers feed the mixed materials into the extruder. After being heated and melted, they are further mixed and plasticized under the action of the screw to form a uniform melt.

 

4. Extrusion molding:

We control the melt to be extruded through a specific mold, and after cooling and shaping, the basic blank of the WPC wall panel is obtained.

 

5. Cutting and trimming:

Our auto-mold cuts the shaped blank into standard lengths according to specification requirements and trims the edges to ensure dimensional accuracy.

 

6. Surface treatment:

We treat the surface through processes such as embossing, film covering, and painting to endow the wall panel with wood-like texture, specific colors, or special textures.

 

7. Quality inspection:

Our QC team inspects the finished products in terms of size, appearance, and mechanical properties (such as hardness and weather resistance), and packs them into the warehouse after they pass the inspection.

 

 

 

 

 

1. Our general packaging is 2 layers: a soft plastic film inside, and a strong and thick cardboard box outside.

2. We also offer brand packaging customization. If you need more protective packing requests, please confirm in advance.

3. All packaged products will be neatly stored in the shipping area.
