Public Decking Has to Handle More Daily Foot Traffic

We make wood grain WPC decking for commercial plazas, school courtyards and public walkways. These areas need an outdoor floor that is easy to clean, has a good walking surface and does not need regular painting or wood oil.

We offer solid and hollow boards with brushed, grooved, sanded or embossed surfaces. For busy public areas, we check the board profile, joist spacing and anti-slip requirement together.

We Choose the Deck Around How People Will Use It

Commercial Plaza

We check walking traffic, furniture areas and cleaning access before choosing the board and joist system.

School Courtyard

We pay more attention to slip resistance, drainage and areas that may take more impact from daily use.

We plan straight board lines, drainage and easy local replacement for longer walkway areas.

We Check the Boards During Production

We first lock the approved raw material formula and sample. During extrusion, we watch temperature, board shape and cooling. Poor control can cause bending, size changes or an uneven surface.

We take samples during production and check size, straightness, color and surface before packing.

What Vocana recommends: for large public areas, approve one board and color sample before mass production and keep it for later batch checking.

Four Things We Check Before Packing

Board Size

We check width, thickness and profile against the approved order.

Straightness

We check long boards for bending before they enter finished packing.

Surface

We check wood grain, grooves and visible surface condition.

Quantity

Boards and normal fixing accessories are counted before loading.

We Plan Production and Shipping Together

Production Start

Normal orders start after a 40% deposit. We confirm profile, color, length, quantity and packing marks first.

Lead Time

A normal 20GP order is about 15–20 days. A 40GP order is normally about 20–25 days, depending on the final order.

Before Shipment

We confirm packing, loading, shipping documents and the normal balance payment before shipment.

Store the Decking Flat When It Arrives

Check the packages before unloading. Keep boards flat and fully supported. Do not leave long boards hanging over one end or place heavy goods on top.

We suggest keeping spare boards from the same batch for future repairs. The extra amount should be decided after the cutting plan and project layout are clear.

If there is a problem: stop using the affected boards and send us photos, package labels and quantity. We can trace the batch. Damage from wrong unloading, poor storage or incorrect installation needs to be checked separately.

Install the Deck on a Stable, Drained Base

We normally use a solid and level base with about 1–2% drainage slope. Joists are commonly set around 300–400 mm apart, and outdoor boards normally keep about 5–7 mm between them.
