Keep the Timber Look Without the Regular Wood Work

We make timber-look WPC decking for resort pavilions, guest terraces and coastal outdoor areas. It gives the project a natural wood look without regular painting, oiling or sealing.

We can match solid or hollow decking, wood color, surface texture and board length to the terrace drawing.

We Choose the Deck Around the Real Site

Guest Terrace

We check board direction, walking areas and furniture layout before choosing the final board length.

Coastal Site

We prefer aluminum or treated metal joists and SS316 fixing parts where salt exposure is high.

Rain & Drainage

The base needs good drainage. For normal outdoor decking, we usually plan about 5–7 mm between boards.

We Check the Boards While We Are Making Them

Wood-look WPC terrace decking boards for an outdoor resort project

We first keep the approved wood fiber, plastic base and additives stable. During extrusion, we check board shape, size, surface and cooling. Poor control can cause bending or uneven boards.

We take samples during production and check size, straightness, color and surface. Before packing, we count the boards again and keep long bundles fully supported.

What can we do: if the project has several villas or terrace areas, tell us before packing. We can discuss labels and packing by installation area.

We Follow the Order Before It Reaches the Port

01. Confirm Confirm board type, color, length, quantity and accessories before production.

02. Produce Normal orders start after the 40% deposit. We follow the batch during production.

03. Load We check packing, quantity, shipping marks and the container loading plan.

04. Ship We confirm the packing list, shipping details and balance before shipment.

Store the Decking Flat After It Arrives

Check the packages before unloading. Keep boards flat, dry and fully supported. Do not leave long boards hanging over one end or put heavy goods on top.

We also suggest keeping spare boards from the same batch for future repair. The amount should be based on cutting waste and the project replacement plan.

If there is a quality problem: stop using the affected boards and send us photos, package labels and quantity. We can trace the batch. Damage from wrong unloading, poor storage or incorrect installation needs to be checked separately.
