1. Material & Engineering Details

Vocana WPC beams are manufactured using a controlled composite formula:

The base material contains high-performance flame retardants; when exposed to fire, the surface quickly forms a carbonized layer to prevent flame spread.

Smoke toxicity meets GB/T 20285-2006 Class ZA1 (quasi-safe level), releasing no pungent toxic gases.

1. Basic Protective Packaging
The surface of each WPC panel is covered with a soft pearl cotton protective film to prevent scratches and abrasions during transportation.

 

2. Modular Stacking Packaging
Adopting a "vertical layered" stacking method, a number of panels form a unit. The units are separated by hard cardboard.

Another special requirement, the outer layer is covered with a high-strength waterproof woven bag to ensure moisture and dust resistance, suitable for land and sea transportation environments.

 

3. Customized Packaging Solutions
For extra-large or special-shaped partitions (such as curved and hollow models), customized wooden box packaging is provided. The interior is filled and fixed with pearl cotton to avoid shaking and deformation. Labels such as "Fragile" and "This Side Up" are printed on the outside of the boxes, suitable for precision transportation needs.

 

4. Container Loading Safety Details
Check the integrity of the packaging before loading. Add buffer pads to the parts in contact with the container door.

 

5. International transportation:

Two methods are available: sea transportation (direct to major ports) and air transportation (for urgent orders). Customs clearance procedures can be handled on behalf of customers, providing full-link tracking from "factory - port - destination".
