Details of weather-resistant WPC cladding
Our WPC cladding is made from WPC composite materials, including natural wood fibers/powders, new HDPE/PVC plastic, and multi-performance eco-friendly additives, enhancing the high-performance features and durability.

Superior waterproof and moisture-proof performance to combat year-round heavy rains
During the continuous rainy period of Panama's rainy season (May-November), our WPC cladding surface can remain dry without water seepage, avoiding mildew and swelling issues of traditional wood caused by moisture.
For high-humidity areas along the canal, its mildew resistance reaches Level 0 (no mold growth) and passes a 96-hour condensation test without any discoloration or structural damage, ensuring a clean appearance after long-term use.
Wind and pressure resistance to withstand hurricane impacts
Adopting an enhanced snap-connection structure, each panel achieves a wind pressure resistance of 3.5kPa, capable of withstanding hurricane impacts at a speed of 160 km/h (meeting the requirements for hurricane zones in Panama's building code NBC 2015).
In the 2023 hurricane simulation test along Panama's Pacific coast, the installed cladding showed no detachment or cracking, with connection node stability superior to traditional stone and solid wood materials, making it particularly suitable for exterior walls of villas and resorts in coastal areas.
UV and high-temperature resistance to adapt to intense sunlight
The surface is added with 3% UV-resistant additives. After 3,000 hours of artificial accelerated aging testing (simulating Panama's intense sunlight conditions), the color difference ΔE ≤ 2, with no obvious fading after 5 years of use.
Meanwhile, the material has excellent high-temperature resistance. Even when the wall surface temperature reaches 50°C, our WPC cladding can maintain structural stability without thermal deformation or surface cracking, solving the problem of ordinary building materials being prone to aging under high temperatures.
Easy installation for diverse applications
Featuring a "modular snap + positioning hole" design, installation can be completed without professional tools, 50% higher than traditional solid wood installation.
