our Click-lock easy installation system

Our convenient installation system delivers a German craftsmanship-level efficient solution.

1. Quick-Install Click-Lock Design:

Adopting the patented "mortise-and-tenon quick-install lock," our WPC siding edges come with precision grooves and ridges.

Installation requires no gluing or nailing; simply align and press lightly to complete the splicing.

A single worker can install 80-100㎡ per day, 3 times more efficient than traditional wall panels.

The click-lock is built with a rubber sealing ring, resulting in a gap of ≤0.1mm after splicing, which provides both sealing and buffering properties to adapt to the slight settlement common in German houses.

2. Modular Adaptable Structure:

Available in standard lengths of 2.4m and 3m, and widths of 15cm, 20cm, and 30cm, which can be freely combined to cover any wall size.

Supporting accessories such as corners, edge trims, and skirting boards are integrally formed with the general material, fitting seamlessly with the wall panels to avoid post-installation repair work due to dimensional deviations.

3. Preprocessing-Free Construction:

No complex wall leveling is required; it can be directly installed on various building surfaces such as concrete, gypsum board, and wood (as long as the flatness error is ≤3mm/m).

Equipped with dedicated clip-type fasteners with adjustable spacing (recommended 50cm per piece), there are no exposed screws after installation, maintaining visual integrity.

4. Multi-layer waterproof performance:

The surface layer uses imported nano-waterproof coating, with a water contact angle of 110°, allowing water droplets to slide off directly; the middle layer is a high-density WPC base material (density ≥1.1g/cm³) with a 24-hour water absorption rate of only 0.3%, far below the 1% limit in German DIN 18165 standard.

Pre-Installation Preparation Guide

Environmental Inspection

The wall substrate must be dry (moisture content ≤12%).

For high-humidity areas (such as bathrooms and basements), waterproof coating must be applied in advance to prevent moisture from the wall from penetrating into the panels later.

Measure the temperature of the installation environment; construction is recommended between 5°C and 35°C. Below 5°C, the material is prone to embrittlement, while above 35°C, over-tight joints may occur due to thermal expansion.

Check the flatness of the wall; the error must be ≤3mm/m. Polish the convex areas smooth and repair the concave areas.

Material Preparation

Verify specifications of panels and accessories:

Confirm panel length and width according to the design plan.

Supporting accessories include lock connectors, edge trims, internal/external corners, and waterproof sealant.

Panel pre-treatment:

After unpacking, let the panels stand in the installation environment for 24 hours to adapt to ambient temperature and humidity, reducing the risk of later deformation.
