1. Full-effect waterproof structure:

The surface of our WPC wall panels is coated with a special nano-level waterproof coating, which improves water absorption and can prevent problems such as swelling, cracking, and delamination.

 

2. Resistance to mold and microbial erosion:

Natural antibacterial ingredients are added to inhibit the growth of molds, solving the common problem of wall mildew and blackening in the humid environment of the UK.

 

3. Stability of temperature resistance:

Targeting the significant day-night temperature variations in the UK, our WPC wall panels are enhanced with a weather-resistant ASA coating. After cyclic testing from -10℃ to 40℃, the dimensional change rate is less than 0.1%, which is far superior to the 0.5% limit specified in British building regulations. This prevents joint cracking and warping caused by temperature fluctuations, ensuring long-term flatness and sealing performance.

 

4. Safety performance guarantee:

Our WPC wall panels have passed the fire resistance test of the British Building Research Establishment (BRE) and achieved the Class B-s1,d0 fire rating. In case of fire, it releases low smoke and no toxic gases. Meanwhile, it does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals.

When used indoors, the VOC emission is far lower than the limit specified in the UK's "Indoor Air Quality Regulations", ensuring the health of living and working environments.

 

 

 

Our production of waterproof and moisture-proof WPC external wall panels requires balancing material proportions, process precision, and performance stability. The process is designed around "enhancing waterproof and moisture-proof performance" while strictly controlling quality at each stage to meet the stringent requirements of rainy regions such as the UK.

 

Our major production process includes:

 

1. Eco-friendly raw material pre-treatment

  Select natural wood fibers with a moisture content of ≤8%, crush them to a fineness of 80-120 mesh, and dry them using a hot air dryer to control moisture within 3%-5% (to prevent mold in finished products due to residual moisture).

  Plastic Raw Material Modification: Use new HDPE or PVC as the base material, add antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and waterproof additives to enhance the weather resistance and waterproofness of the plastic bases.

 

2. Material Composite

Feed the treated wood fibers and plastic melt into a twin-screw extruder at a ratio of 6:4 or 5:5. Melt and blend at 160-190°C, forming a dense composite base.

 

3. Extrusion Molding

Feed WPC pellets into a single-screw extruder, melt and extrude at 170-185°C, and cool and shape through a vacuum sizing box to ensure panel dimensional accuracy (error ≤0.5mm/m) and avoid water leakage due to structural gaps.

 

4. Surface Treatment

  With nano-coating on the WPC wall panel surface to form a water-repellent film.

  Co-extrude a 2-3mm-thick ASA resin layer on the surface to enhance UV resistance and temperature stability.
