Manufacturing Process Of WPC Ceiling
Dec 18, 2024
The manufacturing process of WPC ceiling mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: The main raw materials of WPC ceiling include wood fiber (such as wood waste such as wood powder, wood fiber, bark, etc.) and plastic raw materials (such as polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP, polyvinyl chloride PVC, etc. thermoplastic plastics). In addition, some additives such as weathering agents, anti-aging agents and colorants need to be added to improve the performance of the product.
Batching and mixing: According to the formula, the wood fiber, plastic and additives are mixed evenly in a certain proportion. This step ensures the uniformity and consistency of the raw materials.
Thermoplasticization: The mixture is melted under a certain temperature and shear force, and the wood fiber is fully infiltrated with the molten plastic. This process is the key to ensure that the materials are fully combined.
Extrusion molding: The thermoplasticized mixture is extruded through an extruder to form a profile or sheet with the required external dimensions. This step determines the shape and size of the final product.
Cooling and shaping: The extruded profile or sheet is cooled and shaped to maintain the required shape. This step ensures that the product can maintain a stable shape during use.
Subsequent processing (optional): Surface processing of the product is performed as needed, such as planing, printing, punching, etc. These processing steps can further enhance the appearance and functionality of the product.
