We Watch Four Things During Production

 

Raw Materials

We check the wood fiber, plastic base and additives before mixing. A bad mix can change color, strength and extrusion stability.

Extrusion

We watch temperature, profile shape and cooling. Poor control can cause bending or uneven tube walls.

Batch QC

We check size, straightness, color and surface before qualified pieces go into packing.

Packing

Hollow tubes need straight support and protected ends so long profiles are not bent or crushed during handling.

Approve First

We confirm profile, color, length and sample before mass production. Regular orders normally start after the 40% deposit.

Follow Production

During production we check the batch and keep the order team updated. Container production is normally about 15–25 days, depending on quantity and customization.

Check Before Shipment

We confirm quantity, packing, shipping marks and loading plan. The balance is settled before shipment under our normal payment terms.

Prepare the Delivery

We can prepare the packing list and arrange the loading by project sequence when the site wants different areas packed separately.

Store the Tubes Flat After They Arrive

 

Keep unopened bundles on a flat, fully supported surface. Do not leave long hollow tubes hanging over one end or stack heavy materials on top. Keep the same color batch together before installation.

We also suggest keeping spare material from the same production batch when future replacement is important. The extra amount should be decided from cutting waste, project size and the repair plan.

What we can do: if damaged goods come from production quality, send us clear photos, package labels and the affected quantity so we can check the batch and arrange the next solution. Damage caused by wrong unloading, poor storage, wrong cutting or incorrect installation must be checked separately.
