Our outdoor tubes use wood fiber, PVC and anti-aging additives. Wood-grain colors, sanding, brushing and 3D embossed surfaces are available for different building styles.

Choose the Tube Size and Gap Together

A larger tube gives a stronger visual line. A smaller gap gives more privacy. A wider gap lets more light and air pass through. We normally check the tube size, spacing and screen height on the drawing before production.

Our project tip: do not choose the tube first and decide the spacing later. The tube size and clear gap must be checked together to get the right look.

We Match the Fixing Method to the Structure

 

Fixed to a Base

We can use flange bases and suitable fasteners when the tubes stand from a floor, deck or concrete base.

Fixed to a Frame

Stainless-steel clips or hidden connectors can be used with a suitable support frame for wall and screen applications.

For outdoor projects, we also check rain, sun, wind exposure and the support structure. In high-salt coastal areas, we prefer SS316 metal fixing parts where suitable.
