Timber-Look WPC Cladding for Building Renovation Projects

Timber-Look WPC Cladding

We Keep the Timber Look Without Rebuilding the Whole Facade

Our timber-look WPC cladding is made for old hotels, schools, shops and commercial buildings that need a new exterior finish.

We can match the wood grain, color, profile and board length to the renovation design. The panels can be used for a full facade or only the parts that need a new look.

Old Building Upgrade Timber-Look Surface Custom Color Facade Renovation

Before We Cover an Old Wall, We Check What Is Already There

In renovation projects, the old building controls many of our decisions. We do not choose the WPC panel first and solve the wall later.

SITE POINT
WHAT WE CHECK
WHY IT MATTERS
Old Wall
Concrete, brick, tile or an existing facade surface.
We need a stable fixing base for the new support system.
Water
Leaks, wet areas and old damaged joints.
New cladding should not hide an existing water problem.
Level
Uneven walls and changes around old openings.
The subframe can create a new straight plane for the panels.
Details
Windows, doors, corners, roof edges and the wall bottom.
These areas normally need more planning than the flat wall.

Our Renovation Method Starts from the Elevation Drawing

STEP 01

Survey

We review site photos, wall sizes and the condition of the old facade.

STEP 02

Set the Frame

We plan a suitable metal subframe to level the wall and support the panels.

STEP 03

Plan the Boards

We use the elevation to set profile direction, lengths, joints and colors.

STEP 04

Finish the Details

We review corners, windows, trims and drainage before site installation.

We Use the Subframe to Solve Many Renovation Problems

Old walls are rarely perfectly flat. We normally do not force the new WPC panels to follow every old surface change.

A properly planned subframe can help create a straight new facade and keep the WPC away from the old wall surface.

  • Keep an air space behind exterior panels.
  • Leave a path for rainwater to move out.
  • Plan panel movement at joints and ends.
  • Use the frame to correct small wall differences.
  • Plan local panel access for future repair.
Our Renovation Experience

Removing every old exterior finish can add time, waste and labor. On suitable walls, a new support system can give us a practical way to build a level WPC facade over the existing structure. The old wall still needs to be checked before this method is used.

Customization Should Reduce Site Work, Not Add More Work

We first check whether an existing WPC profile can fit the project. A new profile is considered when the elevation or joint design cannot work with an existing option.

Color

We prefer approval from a real sample because screen colors can look different from the finished panel.

Wood Grain

Teak, walnut, cedar, oak and other timber-look finishes can be matched to different renovation styles.

Board Length

We plan lengths around windows, corners and facade breaks to reduce unnecessary site cutting.

Profile

We review panel size and joint shape together with the subframe and fixing method.

One detail we tell buyers before production: Small color or grain differences can appear between samples and later production. For one large visible elevation, we prefer to plan the main facade material in the same production order where practical.

Climate Is Part of the Renovation Plan

For Middle East projects, we pay more attention to strong sun, heat movement and fixing details. For tropical projects, drainage and ventilation behind the panels become more important.

For coastal renovation, the metal system also needs attention. Salt exposure can affect screws and support parts even when the WPC panel itself looks fine.

For related planning, see our hotel exterior renovation solution, coastal cladding solution and high-UV and tropical WPC guide.

Renovating an old facade? Send us the elevation, old wall photos, building height, project country and target timber look. We can review what can stay, what needs a new subframe, and how to plan the WPC panels before quotation.
